Meet Stafford
I'm Stafford Greer, a leadership coach and consultant based in Cochrane, Alberta.
For 16+ years I served as a pastor. That experience taught me that relationships are the foundation of every healthy organization: people who trust each other, understand each other, and are pulling in the same direction. When that's missing, no strategy or policy can make up for it.
Today I bring that same people-first approach to Greer Leadership Solutions as well as executive teams, nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations. I'm direct, I care about results, and I care just as much about the people producing them.
Outside of working with people, I spend time being active: cycling, snowboarding, and officiating basketball. I also fancy myself a hobbyist barista.
